The ticket knows which customer it is about

When your customer emails in, the ticket lands on their company, gets connected to the person who sent it and then goes back to their account, and the customer does not need to do anything other than answer the email as usual. The response time is counted from what you have promised them. If the same customer gets in touch again, their previous ticket and your reply will still be there.

From SEK 2,490 a month you get tickets, customer records and time tracking in one system.

What you get

Tickets and response times

Queue, board, escalation and reporting. The SLA clock only runs during your working hours, so if a ticket has an hour left when you go home, it stands still until you are back. This also goes for public holidays. Half-days in Sweden are included since they are not holidays by law but nobody is working, and midsummer falls on a new date every year.

Customer records and contracts

Companies, contacts, contracts, renewal dates and deals in the same system.

Knowledge base

It can be internal or public and has version history. Anyone can read the help center without logging in.

Customer portal

In the portal, your customer can see their company's open tickets and raise new ones or order from the catalog.

Campaigns and newsletters

Newsletters are built in a block editor, and a sequence stops as soon as somebody replies. Consent records are in there too.

Invoice drafts

Each period, we turn the billable time, any articles and the agreement fees for each customer into one draft, which you then get as a file for Fortnox or Visma. The same item is not invoiced twice.

Time and projects

Timer, billable hours per customer, approval, and projects with budgets.

The full list, feature by feature.

Tickets arrive by email

Your customer emails you as usual and a ticket opens with the whole thread kept together. The reply you send ends up in the same conversation that the customer started.

This means they answer straight from their email, from the same address as before, and they do not need to log into a portal for it.

Outgoing mail goes through your own email account. It is DKIM signed and always has a plain-text version.

Customers and contracts sit next to the ticket

We have put the customer records in the system where the tickets are. When somebody gets in touch, you have the whole history in one place: the company, its contacts, the contracts with their renewal dates, the deals.

In the portal, the people who work at the same company can see that company's open tickets.

You bring what you already have

All you need to do is send us the export from your old system, and we will move over the tickets, the contacts, the companies and your own fields.

We can import files from Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot, Lime, ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

If you connect the mailbox, your old mail history comes along too and you can search it from the first day.

No ticket text goes to a model provider

Nothing your customers write to you is sent on to a model provider. This goes for replies and summaries but also training, and it is also why we have not built any AI into the product.

That makes the data protection review quick. The server is inside the EU, and in the sub-processor list three of six rows stay switched off until you turn them on.

When the system finds similar tickets or suggests a canned response, it is plain keyword matching and it does not read anything outside your own workspace.

Support that can change the product

Support is open in Swedish, on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 and on weekends between 10:00 and 16:00. The person you talk to knows the system well and can make changes to it themselves, so it is rare that a fault needs to be passed on.

Support is part of the price. You are not billed for it per ticket or per hour.

What it costs

The cost for up to 5 work accounts is SEK 2,490 per month. If you need more, it is SEK 4,490 per month for up to 12 work accounts and after that come three more price steps, all of them on the pricing page.

Only the work accounts cost anything, everyone else at the company can send in tickets and read the replies at no cost.

It does not matter if you have 5 or 50 work accounts, every customer has the same version with all features from the start.

As for the comparison with other systems, 10 work accounts come to SEK 53,880 per year with us and that includes everything. At Freshdesk the same number of accounts lands at around SEK 69,000, Lime is at SEK 90,000, HubSpot at SEK 113,000 and Zendesk at SEK 145,000, based on the tier a support department needs.

It is correct that Artologik is close to us, the same number of accounts comes to about SEK 56,000 there.

Prices exclude VAT, and read-only accounts and the customer portal cost nothing. See the full price list and comparison
